Tractor" type approval, i.e. T, T3b, T1b

• requires registration at the town hall
• vehicles will have yellow registration numbers, issued by the municipality in whose radius the owner's domicile or registered office is located
• are limited to 60 km/h both by law and by software (with the exception of those with ABS system - for now in Can-Am, some models)
• the rear locking differential is not active, the rear axle is permanently locked and the rear wheels pull in the same direction, at the same speed
• implicitly, there is only one rear brake, on the axle
• according to the law, there are no territorial restrictions, they can drive on all types of public roads, except for highways and express roads with a lower speed limit*
• there are areas, localities, natural parks, etc. where the access of ATVs is prohibited, regardless of the registration/registration regime
