CFMOTO invites you to take advantage of the buy-back service for ATVs, motorcycles and scooters, available to our customers. ATTENTION! We do not do buy-back on enduro cross motorcycles. Following a free and fair valuation by CFMOTO consultants, the value of the old vehicle will be considered as a down payment for a new ATV, motorcycle or scooter from our diverse range of products available for sale. This will save you time, save you the effort of selling the vehicle you no longer wish to own, avoid the inconvenience of potential unscrupulous customers or dealers and give you both the security of selling your old vehicle and a better price for your new ATV, motorcycle or scooter. Before you start anything, find out if the buy-back service is what you are looking for:
- your product is part of the range of the brands we sell: we want that through this service we can also offer our customers the possibility to buy our products at lower prices, i.e. second-hand units, but also to have a correct, efficient and own service within the legal period of 12 months of warranty that we will offer; that's why we can't buy-back products of other brands, for which the team of technicians doesn't have a training and the parts department doesn't have a stock of specific parts;
- buy-back means the purchase of a new product - if you want a new product from our offer, your vehicle means an advance for the purchase of that product; this is the essence of buy-back in our conception! so, we don't give you the money for your product, we don't make the transaction in the medium or distant future (unless what you want is not in stock and is coming in the next period), we only help you to get your desired product from us, in exchange for your product, used
- the buy-back service is an optional service: we intend to help you upgrade your vehicle or get a new one, but we have the right to decide whether we will take back the vehicle or not, without any reasoning, only before we proceed to the actual evaluation stage; in the preliminary discussion with our representative, responsible for the buy-back, you will immediately receive the information whether we are interested in the buy-back or not and if so, what we have to do next;
- the actual condition of the product must be very close to what you propose: we are convinced that you appreciate our honesty in the evaluation and offer for your product, so we want to know as much as possible and as accurately as possible about your product, how it has been used: what history of revisions and warranties it has, if it has been maintained, used, stored in normal conditions and if it has had problems, what they were and how they were solved; you don't want us to waste our time and money in a long evaluation procedure;
- the evaluation is free of charge, the other expenses are your responsibility: in other words, we provide you with free expertise and evaluation by professional technicians, you only have to take care of bringing and (hopefully not) picking up your product from us; also, the legal formalities of the write-off
- in the buy-back programme we do not accept vehicles older than 5 years
How do we proceed, if we agree to the above conditions?
We believe that used products deserve a second chance and will be able to find new users, while our customers (and not only), former users will become users of new, stronger, more attractive products.
If the main directions of the buy-back service are established above, in CFMOTO's conception, and the client has understood and accepted them, the evaluation, pricing, acceptance or rejection of the offer, as the case may be, and the completion of the transaction, will proceed.
